in Leipzig between 4 and 10 November was held the XI Congress of the IG Metall with the slogan "The future needs of justice." A
generic message apparently is rather dense for practical purposes as the Congress has addressed, especially in the speeches of the new president Bethod Huber, (the president is the Secretary-General).
the central message of the conference is to focus efforts on strengthening the organization, which means but also broaden and strengthen the innovation representation, as is underlined by the words of Huber. Innovate representation by identifying "target groups" priority, including the first High Professionalism. This commitment will be rewarded only by innovating deeply contractual policy, bringing it "closer" to companies, where you can actually grasp the needs and expectations of people and trade unions to differentiate their offerings to respond to increasingly diverse expectations and involve workers in a convincing way. The IG Metall has indicated as watchwords of representation: Scope and CLOSE 'TO COMPANIES.
